Hi and welcome to Integrated Martial Arts! Our goal is to provide a safe,
positive, and fun environment for you to meet your fitness and martial arts
goals. Our staff is certified and trained by world recognized experts in their
fields. Our students are people of all ages and walks of life. We have classes
that cater to both beginning and advanced levels in a wide range of martial
arts.

Fitness Kickboxing
|
|
If your primary focus is to get into great shape, then this program is for you.
These classes are fast paced, and upbeat. Constantly moving, whether on the
mitts or the bag, you’re going to get your heart pumping. In this class, you’re
actually learning the basics of boxing and kickboxing while getting a great
whole body workout. We take the time to teach you the correct way to punch and
kick so are constantly improving. It’s this constant learning and acquiring new
skills that keeps you coming back. You’ll see yourself growing and consistently
attaining new levels of skill and fitness.

Advanced Kickboxing
|
|
As you progress in your training, you will be eligible to attend the advanced
level kickboxing classes. This is where you’ll start learning to actually apply
what you’ve learned. This is done with partner drills and eventually free
sparring. You will continue to learn the arts of boxing and Muay Thai
kickboxing. You’ll also learn French Savate. We will also be learning the most
street effective techniques from Bruce Lee’s martial art, Jeet Kune Do.
We have a great collection of drills and skills that will help you bridge
the gap from “knowing a technique” to actually being able to apply it. Sparring
is always optional in our program.

Grappling
|
|
For those who want to concentrate on grappling, we have our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
and combat submission wrestling classes. The BJJ classes are taught with a Gi
while the submission wrestling classes are taught without. These classes focus
on learning the essential skills required to defend yourself either standing in
close range or on the ground. We draw techniques from Judo, Brazilian
Jiu-Jitsu, western wrestling, and submission wrestling.

Weapons
|
|
Our Filipino Martial Arts program is where you will learn weapons self-defense.
We start learning how to handle one or two sticks and progress towards knife
and empty hand skills. Also taught are the empty hand techniques against a
blade or stick.

|
Crossfit
|
|
We’re also certified trainers in the Crossfit method. Crossfit is the
conditioning program of choice for many professional martial artists, police,
and military Special Forces units. Crossfit is hands down the best conditioning
program out there. We offer group workouts as well as personal training.
